The Valbona Valley National Park (Albanian: Parku Kombëtar i Luginës së Valbonës) is a national park inside the Albanian Alps in northern Albania. The park covers a total area of 80 km2 (31 sq mi), encompassing Valbona River and its surrounding areas with mountainous terrain, alpine landscapes, glacial springs, deep depressions, various rock formations, waterfalls and the Valbona Valley with its dense coniferous and deciduous forest.

Our trek is focused in the remote Albanian Alps in the north, where ancient blood feuds and folklore mark its past. Hiking
Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and spend time in the great outdoors on this 3-day hiking excursion through the Accursed Mountains, otherwise known as the Albanian Alps. Join a small group and hike through the Lake Komani area as well as the Valbona and Theth national parks. Hike through lush forests, past small villages, across rivers, and much more in just a few days. Depart from your Tirana hotel and take a scenic ferry ride across Lake Koman. Send your baggage onto Theth and hike from Valbona with a small pack. Enjoy local food in guesthouses. Visit the Ethnographic Museum in Theth. Continue on to Shkoder and explore the city.
